Ahhhh it is Monday. I actually like Mondays because I only work until noon. The kids get out of school at 1:55 on Mondays, so i picked them up and I also picked up Amy's 4 kids and they were hungry. So we made some peanut butter cookies, and some puppy chow. This recipe for the peanut butter cookies is one of the best I have ever tasted, and they are so easy. 1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
mix it all together, form into balls and flatten, then bake at 350 for about 9 minutes. Thats it. They are great!
I made this card tonight for a friend of mine. Tomorrow is her 33rd birthday.
